They took very good care of my pup. They cared more about his health than trying to upsell me on pointless procedures for my pet. They're honest like a farm vet, and easy to schedule with. The prices are fair, and the staff is friendly and competent. I will continue being a customer as long as they're here.

We love all the doctors and staff here. Recently we’ve brought our dogs in for grooming with Trent. He does an amazing job. They are flexible with dropping off a little early or picking up. The dogs look great and do well with him.
I absolutely love this place! Staff at front desk always makes you feel welcomed and that your pet is the most special one that walked through the door. It is clean and I can tell my dog Yuki isn’t afraid as he is happy to arrive at Taylor. We completed and 8 day boarding just recently. I can tell Yuki was loved and cared for as he was happy clean and gave kisses to the staff when he was ready to leave. I highly recommend the care and compassion of this vet.
They were a cheerful group of veterinarians and staff. They explained everything they needed to do for our cats and gave us options regarding the diagnostics to be be used.
They were great as always! Had an emergency come up and they were able to see us quickly and offer appropriate treatment with follow ups if needed.
Outstanding clinic and friendly staff. Doctor Taylor is great with our dog and really cares. Trent is an excellent groomer who takes time to ask questions and explain his process. We wouldn't take Max anywhere else.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Holly and the staff at Taylor Animal of Smithville…today I had to make the excruciating decision to put cat down, and the kindness they showed me was unmatched. Dr. Holly took so much time explaining everything we were up against, gave me time to process everything, walked me through every step, and was such a gentle person to be around while I was so sad. The techs and front office staff there were so kind and showed so much compassion. I would 1000% recommend them for all animal care, as I sincerely feel that have a true love of all animals.
Taylor Animal Hospital of Smithville are the best. From the time you walk in the door til you leave you and your animal family are treated with lots of respect, love and kindness. Dr Holly Smith and her staff take the time to explain things in detail to you. If one of my fur animals need to be seen or if I have a question then this group will go outta their way to help accommodate or explain in detail. I would be lost without these ladies!
